Silk Flatweave Rug

This rug is inspired by the interlaced ornament pattern sculptured on the Temple of Minerva Polias in Athens. When playing with the colours, I noticed how the work of the amazing Argentinian artist Julio Le Parc (1928) was ingrained in my brain and served great influence in this creation.
